2. Shipping Time: You may choose one of the following shipping options:

• Express Shipping: 5-7 days (Saturdays & Sundays included)
• Note: Shipping time is counted after your order has finished processing.
• Holiday Shipping Delays: Due to U.S. and international holidays, especially during peak seasons delivery may take longer than expected.
• International Orders: Delivery may take a few extra days if your order needs to go through customs. Unfortunately, we cannot control or speed up the customs process and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by shipping delays.

Because our products are personalized (made-to-order) and created specifically for each customer, we kindly ask that you review the policy below before placing an order.

1. Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges for size or color under any circumstances.
2. Returns: If you would like to return your item, we can offer a 30% refund of the product value (shipping fees are non-refundable).
3. Refunds: Depending on the condition of the item received and the details we verify, we will provide an appropriate refund solution. In some cases, the refund may be up to 100% of the product value, depending on the situation.
