• Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges for size or color under any circumstances.
  
• Returns: If you would like to return your item, we can offer a 30% refund of the product value (shipping fees are non-refundable).
• Refunds: Depending on the condition of the item received and the details we verify, we will provide an appropriate refund solution. In some cases, the refund may be up to 100% of the product value, depending on the situation.
  

Reason: As this is a personalized item made specifically to your request, it cannot be resold like a standard product.
